    We are looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Manager.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

      1. Study and analyze corporate customers’ existing business processes and management software, and specific business problems. Gather and organize information about the business issues to be solved or the business processes to be improved. Interview customer personnel and conduct onsite assessments to determine the methods, systems, and personnel that are needed to be successful with the OpsVeda management software solutions. Analyze financial, transactional and operational data and metrics. Develop solutions or alternative practices for prospects and customers, especially in the area of operations and supply chain, and which integrate the OpsVeda management software solution. Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes as appropriate. Make recommendations to OpsVeda management and technical staff through presentations or written reports.

     

      1. Prepare proposals–as based on management study/analyses findings–to prospective and existing corporate customers that utilize OpsVeda’s management software and services. Develop resilient and cost-effective solutions in order to win proposals or bids and maintain high quality documentation for all proposals won. Collaborate with customers, prospects, and the OpsVeda team in presenting the business case of OpsVeda solutions and deployment methodologies. Demonstrate deep supply chain expertise at customers and prospects across industries such as Life Sciences, Retail, High Tech, Manufacturing and industrials. Establish executive level relationships based on trust and respect. Provide win/loss analysis of RFPs and proposals.  Share innovative management software solutions with other technical staff at OpsVeda on regular basis.  Leverage software-based management proposals and solutions to create and expand new business opportunities at existing and new customer accounts.

     

      1. Leverage existing relationships to present OpsVeda’s strategic message at senior executive and business management levels. Implement a solution-selling strategy that fully leverages the business value of OpsVeda. Refine and scale the enterprise selling formula to build a predictable pipeline. Execute to a high performance go to market strategy, consistent with values of OpsVeda.

     

    1. Job requires travel at least once per month to visit various clients and potential clients within the U.S.

    Principal Member of Technical Staff – UI

    We are looking for experienced web development gurus to join our product engineering team.

    Required Skills/ Experience

    You have 6-15 years of experience in software engineering, preferably owning the development of a component in a software product company.
    You are a BTech/BS/MTech/MS from Tier-1 Engineering college/university with rock solid, hands on coding experience all through your career.
    Your expertise/experience includes:

    • Building awesome data visualizations and user interactions in Object-oriented Javascript
    • Familiarity with Javascript server-side libraries that communicate with databases and external data partners
    • Some experience with back-end development and can do necessary trouble shooting with the backend team when needed

    You probably have also done some work in HTML/CSS/Dreamweaver, even Python, and are comfortable with at least some of the major libraries, specifications and frameworks such as angular, bootstrap, backbone, node, jquery, d3, OData… (you know it is an exploding list). You might also be familiar with numerical computing in JS. Experience with Agile development methodology is a must.

    You should be a self-starter & self-learner, enjoy coding and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. We expect you to be a techie at heart – a significant portion of your learning would have come from self-initiated trial of new technologies and techniques. Prior experience in business software product (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain) development is a significant plus but not a requirement.

    Vice President, Solution Management

    The VP of Solution Management role reports to the CEO, and will be responsible for defining solution road maps, requirements, priorities and delivery plans to ensure product success in the marketplace, and customer success with OpsVeda. You will own solution build plans and priorities, actively work with customers to document and prioritize critical solution gaps, accelerators, extensions, and have overall accountability for the success of OpsVeda solution adoption at customers. This is a leadership position that is involved in strategic decision-making that has a significant impact on the company success.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Product Team to shape the capabilities needed from the solution perspective
    • Work closely with the Go To Market Team to evangelize and shape prospect and market communications.
    • Work closely with the Customer Success team and be in constant communication with customers to be sure that their needs are being met with OpsVeda products
    • Partner closely with the entire Sales organization, specifically its senior leaders

    Customer Success Director(s) /Manager(s)

    We are looking for Enterprise Process Experts (with excellent exposure to SAP) to alter the way day-to-day operational decisions are made at companies involved in mass manufacturing and/or distribution.

    Responsibilities

    The role has 4 parts:

    • Enabling customer success: Being the voice of the customer within OpsVeda, identifying and acting on factors that promote and hinder usage of our platform in effect expanding the number of users and functional coverage.
    • Supporting customer roll-outs: Understanding the customer’s business, KPIs that they monitor regularly to keep a tab on health of business, understanding the customer’s current SAP settings, deciding on the mapping between SAP data-points and OpsVeda data requirements, interacting with the customer where clarifications are needed, guiding developers who are setting up the data transfer, testing the set up to make sure that the backend data sources and OpsVeda are in synch.
    • Supporting product development: Understanding facts & figures that drive operational decisions in large companies, conceptualizing the solution, preparing the spec, helping developers understand your requirements and finally testing the product.
    • Supporting sales: This would involve setting up some specific demos based on inputs from the field.

    Please note that this is NOT an SAP implementation or support role.

    Required Skills/ Expereince

    The ideal candidate will have 6-15 years of deep experience in implementation, support and testing of SAP Logistics/Supply Chain/CRM modules. You have excellent understanding of some of the core SAP backend tables, configuration settings and dependency between various modules. We are not looking for experience in any specific module, but of course expect you to know inside out, the modules you have worked on. But, more importantly you should have the intuition to use your experience & publicly available material to expand to modules outside of your past experience. This includes inferring the right tables to extract data from, figuring out KPIs that might be important for those
    modules etc.

    You should have strong numerical skills and excellent business acumen. You will be expected to quickly mock up KPIs and other measures in Microsoft Excel for explaining to customers and/or reference by technical teams. Analysis of data sets provided by customers and cross checking calculations done by the system (on huge amounts of data) is part of the role.

    Strong written and oral English communication skills is a pre-requisite for the role. You will be interfacing with overseas customers on a regular basis.

    You should be a self-starter & self-learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Ideally you are an MBA and BS/BTech from top notch institutions
