Director Sales & Customer Onboarding
Location: Greensboro NC | US-based Remote/WFH

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Onboarding executive.
- Solution Demo to sign 6-month Starter Pack (the first month at no charge)
- Responsible for Proposal and Account Management
- Responsible for complete Customer Onboarding
- Establish process, people, and technology related to sales and onboarding.
- Leverage sales and onboarding tools such as HubSpot, and enrich questionnaires, knowledge portal with self-help/training, guides/templates, and workshops.
- An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building an executive-level relationship based on trust and respect.
- Proven skills in business development and a hunter mentality to convert a prospect to a paying customer within the first 30 days of engagement.
- Experience in leading implementation of SaaS solutions, including production stabilization, until the transition of the account to the Customer Operations & Support.
- Outstanding communication skills. Comfort in holding discussions at the highest levels as well as details.
The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers a competitive base salary with extremely generous Bonus/Commissions.
