OpsVeda Operations Command Center
The OpsVeda Operations Command Center is powered by a Continuous Supply Demand Optimization (CSDO) engine built on a patented, AI infused optimization and automation platform. The platform uses supply chain algorithms and business rules to monitor business events in real-time and uncovers risks and opportunities in the context of customers, products, inventory and financial outcomes.
Customers have a choice of 1,2,3 year SaaS (Software as a Service) Subscription options. Subscriptions include the Base Platform, chosen Applications, a baseline of Monitored Business Objects, and a set of Users. Users are categorized as Named Users that have full access to OpsVeda capabilities, Limited Users (external customer/ supplier users, internal users with display access) and Builders with deep solution configuration access.
Subscription Fees are inclusive of all relevant cloud infrastructure, software licensing, and ongoing support for the subscribed term. There is no incremental software to deploy, no incremental hardware, and no incremental maintenance fee to be paid above and beyond the subscription fees.
