OpsVeda Operations Command Center
The Operations Command Center is powered by a Continuous Supply Demand Optimization (CSDO) engine built on a patented, AI infused optimization and automation platform. The platform uses supply chain algorithms and business rules to monitor business events in real-time and uncovers risks and opportunities in the context of customers, products, inventory and financial outcomes.
Customers have a choice of 1,3,5 year SaaS (Software as a Service) Subscription options. Subscriptions include the Base Platform, chosen Applications, a baseline of Monitored Business Objects, and a set of Users. Users are categorized as Named Users that have full access to OpsVeda capabilities, Limited Users (external customer/ supplier users, internal users with display access) and 'Builders' with deep solution configuration access.
Subscription Fees are inclusive of all relevant cloud infrastructure, software licensing, and ongoing support for the subscribed term. There is no incremental software to deploy, no incremental hardware, and no incremental maintenance fee to be paid above and beyond the subscription fees.

1 The Command Center can enable a variety of applications to optimize your Operations and Supply Chain. These applications contain out-of-the-box storyboards that come alive based upon the data that is made available to be monitored via OpsVeda.
2 Monitored Business Objects (MBO) means the total number of key monitored artifacts, such as Sales Order Lines, Delivery/ Shipment Lines, Purchase Order Lines, or Work Order Lines, Goods Receipts, Invoice Lines, PSLC (Product SKU Location Combination), active in the system at any point in time, averaged over a month. Monitored Business Objects can differ from one customer environment to another, depending upon their specific use case of OpsVeda solutions.
3 Named Users have full access to the OpsVeda web application.
4 Limited Users are either external users or email/text only users, or users of Juni AI agent, wherein Juni engages the user either autonomously, or when the user engages Juni.
5 Configurators/ Builders are solution experts with authorization, training and skills to create and extend solutions within the OpsVeda system.
