System Walkthrough with Sponsors

Storyboards and Solution Walkthrough with Key/General Users
Conduct a walkthrough of the storyboards and solution with key and general users. Ensure users understand the solution and how it meets their needs,
Team Trainings
Set up comprehensive training sessions for each user groups individually to ensure that the users are comfortable and proficient with the OpsVeda Solution.
Go-Live and Hypercare
Offer intensive support immediately after go-live. Address any issues quickly to ensure smooth operation.
Pre-Packaged Implementation Services
In addition to the above pre-packaged services, customer may purchase OpsVeda Consulting Service in Service Packs of 100 Hours at a nominal cost of $15,000 per unit. This provides access to solution architects and experts that can help design and build additional capabilities and/or validate business opportunities.
We are continually expanding our network of trained Service Partners who may help customers deploy and manage their OpsVeda investment, support additional integrations and further digital initiatives that are quite often a result of the discovery and deployment of OpsVeda, especially as the business users mature their understanding of opportunities and challenges discovered through the platform.

The OpsVeda Pilot deployment is targeted at customer use cases that require a quick enablement.
