Director, Solution & Consulting


Location: Greensboro NC | US-based Remote/WFH

We are looking for an experienced Solutions & Consulting executive.




  • Own all out-of-the-box Solution Sets for operations across sales, service, supply, logistics, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
  • Design new risk and opportunity apps that help realize value.
  • Establish process, people, and technology related to solutions management and value selling.
  • Leverage solution management tools and enrich knowledge portal with solution and self-help/training, guide/templates, and workshops.


Required Skills/Experience:


  • An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building an executive-level relationship based on trust and respect.
  • Proven skills in Solution Engineering and Value Delivery across end-to-end business processes and spectrum of supply chain domain
  • Experience in leading implementation of SaaS solutions and consultative selling across the entire customer engagement lifecycle
  • Outstanding communication skills. Comfort in holding discussions at the highest levels as well as details.


The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers a competitive base salary with extremely generous Bonus/Commissions.
