We are seeking a Director of Software Sales to lead strategic enterprise engagements in the U.S. market. This is a high-impact, consultative sales leadership role where you’ll influence senior executives, shape transformational deals, and close opportunities that deliver multi-million-dollar value.

What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise software sales engagements with senior executives across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.
Manage a consultative sales process — from discovery, influence, and business case development to negotiation and closing.
Build long-term trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
Partner with marketing, solutions, and customer success teams to ensure customer adoption and growth.
Represent OpsVeda at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (up to 30% travel).

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of enterprise software sales, with a proven record of closing large and complex deals. Background in supply chain, ERP, or digital transformation highly desirable.
Leadership: Ability to lead by influence, set deal strategy, and coach junior sales executives.
Consultative Approach: Skilled at uncovering business needs, building ROI-driven cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Execution Mindset: Strong closing skills, hunger to win, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Location: U.S.-based, hybrid role.
