Location: Greensboro NC | San Jose CA
Overall operational responsibility for the success of the customer with the OpsVeda platform. The customers will be from Hi-Tech, Industrial Products and Manufacturing industries. Leverage knowledge of the OpsVeda solutions, customer’s pain points, business processes and industry practices to help the customer realize value. Be the voice of the customer within OpsVeda – identify and act on factors that promote and hinder usage of the platform in effect, converting trials to pilots/subscriptions, and expanding subscriptions to more users and functions. Also, support sales team with RFP/RFQ, demos and reference calls as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 8-20 years of deep experience in implementing software in above mentioned industries for core operations areas like Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Production, Inventory & Logistics. Excellent knowledge of process details, important KPIs and document flow related to the above processes. Any exposure to automation with Bots will be an added advantage.
Outstanding communication skills. Comfort in holding discussions at the highest levels as well as details.
Strong numerical skills and excellent business acumen are must.
