Solutions Architect

OpsVeda, Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect.

Job Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer business processes and systems, focusing on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, as well as planning and shipping software.
  • Align customer processes and reporting requirements with OpsVeda software capabilities, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
  • Utilize OpsVeda’s data structures and integration tools to facilitate smooth integration with client systems, enhancing overall performance.
  • Design, configure, and develop storyboards, alerts, KPIs, trends, business metrics, workflows, and job schedules within OpsVeda.
  • Apply data science and predictive analytics techniques to drive improved business outcomes and informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the testing, validation, training, and onboarding of OpsVeda users, ensuring a smooth transition and high user adoption.
  • Leverage programming skills in PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python to support various job functions and tasks.
  • Develop and implement new business metrics and KPIs to help customers measure and optimize performance.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Oversee data management practices, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, facilitating collaborative decision-making processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.

Requirements

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. Also requires 24 months of experience as a Solutions Architect, Supply Chain Executive – Planning, Supply Chain Analyst, or closely related position.
