Sales Executive – Enterprise Software (Europe / Germany – Munich Preferred)

We’re looking to add 2–3 dynamic Sales Executives to our European team.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm, qualified leads provided by OpsVeda (no cold prospecting required).
  • Build consultative, trust-based relationships with enterprise decision-makers across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.
  • Identify customer pain points and position OpsVeda as the solution to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Drive the sales process end-to-end: from discovery, influence, and proposal to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with our solutions and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally with exposure to supply chain, ERP, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen, understand business problems, and influence outcomes at senior levels.
  • Closer Mentality: Skilled in moving deals forward and successfully managing enterprise buying cycles.
  • Energy & Drive: Hungry, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
  • Location: Based in Europe, preferably Munich, Germany. Other locations across Western Europe may be considered.
